About the role

We believe in exponential growth with AI. That only happens if the repetitive work, data jobs, reporting, content pipelines, monitoring, is run by agents rather than people.

As an AI Automation Engineer you will find every manual process at Exent and replace it with a reliable, observable AI workflow.

What you’ll do

Build agent workflows for data refreshes, reporting, content and operations
Connect tools and APIs (databases, analytics, email, payments) into automated pipelines
Add monitoring, alerts and human checkpoints where mistakes would matter
Measure time saved and keep a backlog of what to automate next
Document workflows so anyone on the team can run or change them

What you’ll bring

A track record of automating real work with AI agents and APIs
Comfort directing coding agents to build and maintain scripts and services
Systems thinking: you design for failure, retries and visibility
Ownership: you run what you build
Clear written communication

Nice to have

Experience with MCP, n8n, Zapier or similar
Postgres / Supabase and scheduled jobs
Analytics and growth tooling

Stack: Claude Code / Codex, MCP, Postgres (Supabase), cron, PostHog, Stripe, email APIs
