Welcome to Exent AI (“Exent AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Exent AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Exent AI provides a software platform that delivers market research, analytics, and model-based insights related to financial markets and investment portfolios.

Exent AI is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary, and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

All content, analytics, outputs, and insights provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements, that you are not located in or a resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a person with whom transactions are prohibited under applicable law. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these requirements are not met.

3. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes:

  • investment advice
  • a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument
  • an offer, solicitation, or endorsement of any investment strategy

Any portfolio analysis, allocation scenarios, market signals, or idea generation tools are model-based outputs and should not be relied upon as a personalized recommendation.

You acknowledge that:

  • the Service does not consider all aspects of your financial situation
  • you are solely responsible for your financial decisions

Any analyst ratings, consensus scores, price targets, and upside or downside figures displayed in the Service are third-party opinions and are not recommendations by Exent AI. See the Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure for details.

4. User Responsibility

You agree that:

  • you are solely responsible for evaluating any information provided
  • you will conduct your own research and due diligence
  • you will consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions

You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on the Service.

5. Risks of Investing

Investing involves significant risk, including the possible loss of capital. You acknowledge that:

  • past performance is not indicative of future results
  • market conditions can change rapidly
  • any model-based or hypothetical outputs may not reflect real-world performance

6. AI and Data Limitations

The Service may rely on:

  • artificial intelligence and automated models
  • third-party data sources

We do not guarantee that:

  • outputs are accurate, complete, or up to date
  • the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

Outputs may be based on assumptions and may not reflect actual market conditions.

7. No Execution or Custody

Exent AI does not:

  • execute trades
  • hold funds or securities
  • provide brokerage or custodial services

8. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

9. Subscription, Trial and Payments

Access to the Service is sold as a subscription. Unless a different offer is shown to you at checkout, it works as follows:

  • Trial. You pay $1.95 today for a 3-day (72-hour) trial with full access, including portfolio analysis, the simulator and Gems.
  • Automatic renewal. When the 72 hours end, your subscription automatically becomes Premium Membership at $59/month, charged to the same payment method, and renews every month until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time by logging in at app.exent.ai and opening Billing. To avoid the $59/month charge, cancel before the trial ends; to avoid a renewal, cancel before your next billing date. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • No refunds. All payments, including the $1.95 trial fee and every monthly charge, are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused time.

By completing checkout you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the trial and for each renewal until you cancel. Payments are also subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Exent AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service
  • use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or rely on third-party data, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • third-party content
  • accuracy of external data
  • actions of third-party providers

Third-party names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exent AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial losses or lost profits, or investment losses arising from use of or reliance on the Service, or errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exent AI from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless binding arbitration is separately agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Exent AI agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

18. Jurisdictional Use

The Service is intended for informational use only and is not directed at any jurisdiction where its use would be contrary to local laws or regulations.
