Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how your Exent subscription works and what to expect when you choose to cancel (“Exent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Payments
We encourage you to review the plan details before purchasing, and to reach out to us at support@exent.ai if you have any questions. Subscription fees, including any trial charges, are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You keep full access through the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription simply won’t renew after that
- Charges already processed won’t be reversed
To avoid being charged for the next period, just cancel before your renewal date.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle so your access stays uninterrupted. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and deny future access to the Service.

5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
