Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how your Exent subscription works and what to expect when you choose to cancel (“Exent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. How Your Subscription Works

• Today you pay $1.95 for a 3-day (72-hour) trial with full access, including portfolio analysis, the simulator and Gems.
• When the 72 hours end, your plan automatically becomes Premium Membership at $59/month, charged to the same payment method.
• Premium Membership renews automatically every month until you cancel.

If a different price or plan is shown to you at checkout, the terms shown at checkout apply.

2. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes the $1.95 trial fee, every monthly Premium Membership charge, and any partial or unused period. We do not issue refunds or credits for time you did not use, for forgetting to cancel, or for features you chose not to use.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time: log in at app.exent.ai and open Billing. When you cancel:

• If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged $59/month, and your access continues until the trial ends.
• If you cancel after the trial, your membership will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• Charges that have already been processed are not refunded or reversed.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before the trial ends or before your next billing date.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and deny future access to the Service.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
