About the role

A small team with the right AI workflows can cover markets like a full research desk. This role runs those workflows day to day.

You will direct AI agents through research tasks, judge the quality of what comes back, and help us measure and improve our AI outputs.

What you’ll do

Run AI research workflows on earnings, 13F filings, insider activity and macro events
Fact-check AI output against primary sources before anything is published
Build and maintain evaluation sets that score our AI features for accuracy
Draft market notes and data packs for deep-dive articles
Spot where a workflow breaks and suggest how to fix it

What you’ll bring

Heavy daily use of AI tools, with a sharp eye for when they are wrong
Strong interest in markets; you follow earnings and macro news for fun
Clear, concise writing in English
Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data work
Curiosity and speed: you try the new tool the day it ships

Nice to have

Finance, economics or a quantitative degree
Prompt or agent-building experience
A newsletter, blog or research you have published
