What can Exent see about my money?

Only what you choose to upload. There is no brokerage connection, no read access to your accounts and no stored broker password. Exent works from a screenshot, a file or tickers you type, as described in how screenshot import works.

That also limits the damage if anything ever went wrong: there is nothing in Exent that can trade, withdraw or transfer from your accounts. Exent is not a broker or custodian and never holds your money.

Exent does not sell your personal data. Under its privacy policy, it may share information with:

Service providers that run the platform: hosting, analytics and payments. An AI model reads screenshots to extract holdings.
Advertising partners, for measuring and improving campaigns.
Legal authorities, if the law requires it.

How do I delete my data?

Holdings: delete single holdings, or select several at once, in the holdings list.
Portfolios: delete a whole portfolio from the portfolio switcher. Its holdings go with it.
Everything else: email support@exent.ai. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data.

Cancelling your subscription stops billing; it does not by itself delete your data. Exent keeps information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

How is my data protected?

Exent uses technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and your data is tied to your own account. Like any online service, it cannot promise absolute security, which is one more reason the design avoids holding anything that could move your money.

You can lower your exposure further: crop account numbers and names out of screenshots before uploading, or type your tickers and share counts instead. The analysis only needs tickers and amounts. If you hold several accounts, you can keep them as separate portfolios.
