Members of Congress report each trade over $1,000 in stocks, bonds and other securities, by themselves, their spouse or dependent children, in periodic transaction reports under the STOCK Act, filed with the House Clerk and the Senate. A trade must be reported within 45 days. Exent reads these public financial disclosures; every trade listed here links to its original filing.
Amounts are disclosed as ranges ($1,001–$15,000, $15,001–$50,000 and up), so dollar volumes are estimates from the midpoint of each range. Returns compare each disclosed purchase of a listed stock with the S&P 500 (SPY): total return with dividends from the close on the trade date to 3 and 12 months later, and again from the disclosure date, the first day the public could see the trade. Sales are not scored. The ranking covers members with at least 20 purchases that are a year old.
Trades disclosed in the last 30 days are counted but not listed; they are in Exent Radar, with the records of the top 10 performers. The disclosures carry no party labels: this is the public record of what was traded and when it was disclosed. Data as of Oct 20, 2026.
